1. Who we are

Espy Health Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an Ireland-based provider of workplace wellness programmes for companies. We are the data controller for the information you share with us through this website. You can reach us at reception@espyhealthhub.onmicrosoft.com.

2. The information we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, that typically includes:

• Your name and role
• Your work email address and, if you provide it, a phone number
• Your company name and an indication of team size
• The message and any details you include about what your team is looking for

If your employer offers Espy and you request a place in a session through our booking page, we collect your name, your work email address and your company access code, together with the session you chose.

We do not run advertising or analytics tracking on this site, and we do not buy or enrich your data from third parties. We only hold what you send us directly.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry and answer your questions
• Prepare a proposal tailored to your company, if you ask for one
• Manage your session booking requests and confirm your place
• Stay in touch about delivering a wellness programme for your team

We will not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Our legal basis

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we rely on:

• Legitimate interests — to respond to a business enquiry you have sent us and to discuss working together, in a way you would reasonably expect.
• Consent — where you have specifically agreed, for example by ticking the consent box on our contact form before sending your message.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the website and respond to you, each acting on our instructions as a data processor:

• Vercel — hosting for this website. Privacy policy.
• Brevo — delivers the email that carries your enquiry to us. Privacy policy.
• ClarityWeb (clarityweb.ie), based in Ireland, provides website development and hosting services. They may access personal data for technical support and maintenance.

Our social media links (for example to TikTok, Instagram or Facebook) take you to those third-party platforms, which have their own privacy policies. We do not embed their tracking on this site.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to deal with your request and any follow-up, and to keep a reasonable record of our business correspondence. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. If you would like us to remove your details sooner, just ask.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data erased
• Restrict or object to how we use it
• Receive a copy of the data you gave us (data portability)
• Withdraw consent at any time, where we relied on consent
