- Who pays for the programme?
- The company. It’s offered to your team as a membership benefit, covered by the business — not paid by individual employees.
- Where do the sessions happen?
- In-house, on your own premises — we come to you. No travel, and no disruption to the working day.
- Why aren’t prices listed?
- Because every company is different. Your proposal depends on your team size, how often you’d like sessions, and the format — so we build each one to fit rather than publish a fixed rate.
- Is it tax-efficient?
- There can be a Benefit-in-Kind advantage for Irish employers — see “Why it’s tax-smart”. Always confirm the specifics with your accountant or Revenue; Espy is not a tax adviser.
- Can our team book sessions online?
- Not yet — online booking is something we’re looking into. For now, get in touch and we’ll arrange everything with you.
- What do we need to provide?
- A suitable space on your premises that comfortably holds your group. Not sure if yours fits? Just ask.
