How it works — corporate wellness, brought to your workplace

An Espy Health Hub programme comes together in five steps: first contact, a discovery conversation with HR about your wellbeing spend and your team’s needs, a tailored proposal with a tier and per-person price, agreement with billing by period, and then up and running — with staff accessing sessions through a company code. Sessions run on your own premises — your office, a room you set aside or a space you arrange — paid by the company as a membership benefit.

Once running, the programme embeds over three phases: Introduction & Cultural Alignment (Month 1), Follow-Up & Habit Integration (Months 2–3), and Monitoring & Outcome Optimisation (ongoing, quarterly). The benefits compound over time — relief from neck and shoulder tension and sharper focus in week one, better posture and morale by month one, and a measurable drop in absenteeism and chronic musculoskeletal strain by month six and beyond.

    First contact

    A company hears about Espy — through campus management, word of mouth in the building, or an enquiry from this site.

  2. 02

    Discovery

    A conversation with HR about your current wellbeing spend and what your team actually needs.

  3. 03

    Proposal

    A personal proposal — a tier and a per-person price, shaped around your headcount.

  4. 04

    Agreement

    You sign, choose your tier and agree how staff get access. Billed by period — a monthly or annual invoice — never per class.

  5. 05

    Up and running

    Staff get access through your company code, and Espy reports engagement back to you to support renewal.
